Court: The biblical approach to finding a spouse. Courting involves four parts: Purpose (the relationship is intended to figure out if God has called you to marry that person), Authority (the father makes the rules and decides if/when the relationship can move forward), Purity (Kissing, hugging, and holding hands are reserved for after marriage), Accountability (you will be under constant surveillance and are not allowed to be alone together)
Demons: Supernatural forces that can inhabit a person. Responsible for shyness, depression, and The Gay Agenda. Demons can only be cast out through exorcisms.
Discipleship: Indoctrination.
Family: God’s weapon for victory.
Feministic: A non-patriarchal worldview that encourages women to work outside the home and to cut their hair without asking permission from their husbands. Stems from insecurity, self-protection, rebellion, or anger. SEE ALSO: Jezebel Spirit.
Full quiver: Accepting as many children as God chooses to give you by abstaining from any form of birth control. To quote Rick Sinclair, “The definitive answer to the question, “How many are in a full quiver?” God says, “How big is your faith?”
Garbage: Any food that didn’t fall within my mother’s narrow definition of acceptable food. Examples included: artificial colors and flavors, corn syrup, sugar, wheat. SEE ALSO: Safe
Safe: Any food that my mother viewed as acceptable. Examples: meat, eggs, dairy, non-wheat grains, fruits, and vegetables.
Honor: Showing respect to a person in power by covering up their flaws and obeying them without question.
Inappropriate: A thought-terminating cliche used to describe anything my parents didn’t like. Examples: questioning leaders.
Jezebel Spirit: A woman who asks questions and does not give men the respect they deserve. SEE ALSO: Feministic
Tongues: Praying in tongues, or glossolalia. Outward evidence that one has been baptized with the Holy Spirit; necessary for living a victorious life.
Modernism: A world in which Christians aren’t in power.
Modesty: Dressing in a way that pleases God. For girls, this means no spaghetti straps or tank tops, skirts must be below the knee, and t-shirts should be worn over bathing suits. Modesty does not apply to boys.
Patriarchy: God-ordained order for families and government.
Witch: Bitch. Applied to women like Hilary Clinton.
